Thank you for shopping with CAJ Words Magnified Gifts LLC.  If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days from delivery of your order to initiate a return.  To be eligible for a return, an item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.  Your return does not need to include the original packing slip to be accepted.  However, you will need to email sales@cajwordsmagnifiedgifts.com to inform us of the reason for returning the item.

 

Every order will include a T-shirt care card.  Please ensure that you follow the instructions carefully.  Returns will not be accepted if the care instructions are not followed entirely and there will be no refund issued.

 

Customers who request customized personalization orders that are free from defects and made as ordered and as described on our website are not returnable.  Of course, if an error is ours, we'll replace the item at no charge to you.  In some cases, you may be asked to provide a photo that clearly shows the defect or error.    

 

Please note:  This is a Christian-based store and we reserve the right to deny requests for any customized personalization orders that go against our religious beliefs.

 

Shipping

If your return is due to a defect or error on our part, we will cover the shipping cost of your return, otherwise there will be a $5.00 return shipping charge.  You will be given instructions on how to print a return shipping label after contacting us.
 

Refunds

You will receive your refund in the form of a credit to your original payment method within 30 days of us receiving your return.  Shipping costs for the original order are non-refundable.  The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund except in instances where the item is defective or is an error on our part.
