Can I place a customized personalization order?

 

Yes, customers can place a customized personalization order by contacting sales@cajwordsmagnifiedgifts.com or call 910.583.0644.  Please be advised that this is a Christian-based store and we reserve the right to deny requests for any customized personalization orders that go against our religious beliefs.

 

Can I cancel my order after placing it?

 

Yes, orders can be canceled within 24 hours.

How long will it take for my order to ship?

​

Most orders are shipped within 24-72 hours after we receive your order.  Depending on the postal service, you should receive your order within 7 days.  However, you should receive custom orders within 7 to 10 business days based on the complexity of the order and the shipping method selected.

Do you accept international orders?

At this time, we do not accept international orders.

Can I check the status of my order?

Yes, tracking information will be provided after we receive your order.

What is the return policy?

​

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days from delivery of your order to initiate a return. To be eligible for a return, an item must be unused and in the same condition

that you received it. Your  return does not need to include the original packing slip to be accepted. However, you will need to email sales@cajwordsmagnifiedgifts.com to inform us of the reason for returning the item.

 

Every order will include a T-shirt care card.  Please ensure that you follow the instructions carefully.  Returns will not be accepted if the care instructions are not followed entirely and there will be no refund issued.

 

Customers who request customized personalization orders that are free from defects and made as ordered and as described on our website are not returnable. Of course, if an error is ours, we'll replace the item at no charge to you.  In some cases, you may be asked to provide a photo that clearly shows the defect or error.   

 

How much is shipping?

Shipping is free for any order that is $30 before taxes.  The shipping fee for orders under $30 is $5.
